• Establishing effective practice routines
• Learning drum patterns and fills for various genres
• Learning techniques for snare, kit, cajon, and djembe
  • The value of different stick grips and when to use each
  • Buzz strokes, drags, and flams
  • The Moeller Method (AKA push–pull technique)
  • Linear drumming
